Where are you based?
We are based in Barcelona, Spain.
Something I had my eye on is out of stock. Will you make more?
Each piece is handmade in limited quantities in our studio, so once a piece sells out, there is a possibility it will not be back. Jewellery marked 'limited edition' and items incorporating vintage charms will not be restocked once they sell out.
When will pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Payment will be processed at the point of purchase. If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will be shipped together at the later date. If you would prefer your items to be shipped separately, please order non preorder items in a separate transaction.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We are happy to accept returns/exchanges on unworn items. Please email help@maisonmomo.com to request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange or refund on our vintage and custom jewellery as this is made to order. Read more about our returns policy here
Do you offer gift packaging?
All our jewellery comes with in our signature eco-friendly pouches and jewellery boxes ready for gifting, along with a personalised note. If you would like to add a special message to your package, please write this in the 'Notes' section at checkout.
Where are orders dispatched from?
Orders are shipped directly from our studio in Barcelona, Spain.
