When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed & despatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends. You will be sent an email confirming your order, and subsequently to confirm shipping when it is despatched (If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail).

When will pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Payment will be processed at the point of purchase.  If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will be shipped together at the later date. If you would prefer your items to be shipped separately, please order non preorder items in a separate transaction.

There is a mistake in my postal address, what should I do?

All postal addresses are the responsibility of the customer and unfortunately cannot be changed after your order is dispatched. Please ensure your address is correct before purchase. However, if you suspect an error in your address after purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible at help@maisonmomo.com and we will do our best to rectify any mistakes.
